Dylan Spaulding has gradually grown within his career, securing opportunities that have shaped his direction in both sports and media. He earned a significant role with the Tampa Bay Rays in the team’s in-game entertainment department as a Music Operator, working Major League Baseball games and helping enhance the fan experience on a large scale. That role stemmed from his earlier time with the Toronto Blue Jays, where his similar work was noticed by a peer who connected him to the Rays. The opportunity with the Rays marked a milestone moment in his career. These experiences allowed him to build a strong foundation in live sports and entertainment, showcasing his ability to thrive in these environments.

In addition to his work in professional sports, Dylan plays an active role with the NASCAR team, City Garage Motorsports, where he helps strengthen the team’s creative and digital presence. His background extends beyond content and entertainment, as he is also a certified web designer.
